Care & Use

Cooking

Use low-to-medium heat for optimal results. The aluminum body heats quickly and evenly.
Never heat an empty pan. Use high-smoke-point oil (like olive, avocado, or grapeseed) with the nonstick coating.
All pieces are oven safe up to 450°F, perfect for finishing dishes in the oven or keeping food warm for serving.
Avoid aerosol sprays to protect the nonstick coating.
Use caution! Always use heat protection when handling the short and long handles and knobs. These may become hot during stovetop use or in the oven.
Use wooden or silicone utensils to protect the ceramic nonstick coating.

Cleaning

Hand wash only, not dishwasher safe.
Do not fully soak or submerge the pan or pot in water.
No harsh scrubbing or abrasives needed with our high-performance nonstick coating.
Let the cookware completely cool before cleaning, and make sure it is dry before cooking again.

Storage

Stack carefully with protective padding between pieces.
Store in a dry location to prevent moisture damage.

How It Works

FIZZ — PREP & FLOW

Empty the disposal. Run hot water 1 min, then reduce to a thin trickle and angle the faucet away.

With water running, drop 1 tablet (first-time/heavy buildup: 2). Run the disposal ~1 min.

DONE — RINSE & FINISH
